Rob Guarino is the creator and founder of Heavy Metal Kettle, LLC. Rob was born and bred in the Bronx, NY. (You’ll immediately know it when you hear him!) Rob currently resides and trains in Rockland County, NY. With a home base in New York, Rob frequently travels to assist clients with their training and fitness needs.

At 44 years old and recovering from a neck injury, I started training with Rob. I was terrified of reinjuring myself. During 3 years of strength and conditioning training, Rob transformed my body and attitude towards fitness. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and taught me what exercises to avoid. In my six years as a major league baseball player I have come across my fair share of trainers, and one of favorites Rob Guarino. He’s talented, innovative, motivated, and knowledgeable. If you have the opportunity to train with him, I highly recommend it. Simply put, he’s in a league of his own.

I've worked with other trainers in the past, and I can confidently say that Rob is THE BEST TRAINER, hands down, and truly a cut above all the rest! I was looking for results, and I definitely got what I worked for. He is high energy, highly skilled, knowledgable, funny, hard working, and extremely motivational. He takes the time to guide, teach, and motivate you towards success. Put simply, Rob is the best there is! I have trained with a number of trainers and he is by far the most effective and fun. His unique style keeps working out interesting and really burns calories.
